My other concern is with mixing food types (carbs, proteins, etc). Is there a limit? For instance, could I use blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries in a smoothie, then have an apple as a snack later in the day? Or can I have eggs and 1/4 cup of yogurt with blueberries? My calorie intake is low, but I’m concerned that I’m mixing too many types of foods.
Lastly, what is the maximum amount of stevia packets I can have in a day? I find that I need a lot more stevia than I did Splenda, but don’t want to over do it.
